Why is my eyeliner smudging?
Oil infused makeup and skincare products can increase your chances of your eyeliner smudging like the “panda look” even though you use waterproof eyeliner. As much as eye cream is an anti-aging skin care essential, over-applying it prior to putting on makeup too soon may result in not giving the skincare products enough time to absorb into the skin.
How to prevent?
Apply powders such as eye shadow or face powder before eyeliner. And use the same color of eye shadow and apply it with a small flat top brush to the area you put your eyeliner, for example, black eye shadow for black eyeliner.
