RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Your satisfaction is our number one priority. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 15 days of receipt and we will be happy to provide a full merchandise refund. When returning a set, we require all contents from the original set. Partial items from a set will not be refunded. If you received a Free product, a sample or a gift with your purchase, we also request all included. Please follow the below steps to make a return for your purchase.  Please note that shipping charges are not refundable and exchanges are not allowed. 

Return shipping is free of charge and on us. After your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed in the original method of payment.  Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take additional 5-10 business days for the credit to post back to your account. Upon receipt, it will be processed within 3 business days.

Each item returned in the discounted order will receive a discounted refund. Clearance items are not eligible for return.  Extra products included in the return package unconfirmed in the return request, especially outside products, will not be refunded.

 

Step 1: For a free return shipping label, please email info@KBeautyBlossom.com to receive your Return Authorization Number.  Please include your order number and “RETURN” in the subject line and the reason for your return in the body.

 

Step 2: Place the merchandise in its original packaging, if possible, otherwise use a sturdy box or a bubble padded envelope to prevent damage in transit and enclose the Return Form in the package.

 

Defective/Incorrect Items

If you have received a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please email info@KBeautyBlossom.com immediately and include;

  1. Your order number
  2. A photograph demonstrating the quality of the print
  3. Your request
