RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Your satisfaction is our number one priority. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange it within 30 days of receipt and we will be happy to provide a full merchandise refund. When returning a set, we require all contents from the original set. Partial items from a set will not be refunded. If you received a Free product, a sample or a gift with your purchase, we also request all included. Please follow the below steps to make a return for your purchase. Please note that products are only eligible for return if they are new and unused. Return shipping costs are paid by the purchaser and shipping charges are not refundable.

After your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed in the original method of payment.  Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take additional 5-10 business days for the credit to post back to your account. Upon receipt, it will be processed within 3 business days.

Each item returned in the discounted order will receive a discounted refund. Clearance items are not eligible for return.  Extra products included in the return package unconfirmed in the return request, especially outside products, will not be refunded.
 
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on international orders.
 
If you want to return: please email us at info@KBeautyBlossom.com, including your order number and “RETURN” in the subject line and the reason for your return in the body.
 
When you return: place the merchandise in its original packaging, if possible, otherwise use a sturdy box or a bubble padded envelope to prevent damage in transit and enclose the Return Form in the package. Please note that returns the item(s) in the below mentioned address.
