We receive all products directly from the manufacturer or the official retailers from South Korea. We only sell 100% genuine and new items in our store.

 

Q. What is your shipping policy? 
A. Free standard shipping in the U.S. (via UPS or USPS) on purchases with a subtotal of $50 and over, after any promotions and discounts are applied.

For international shipping, Free standard shipping (via USPS) on purchase with a subtotal of $125 and over or $21.95 flat fee for standard shipping (via USPS) on purchases with a subtotal of less than $125, after any promotions and discounts are applied. Up to 8 oz, $11.95 shipping fee will apply. 

 
Q. How can I pay the amount?
A. We accept payment through Visa, Mastercard, PAYPAL, Apple Pay & Google Pay

 

Q. When will you send my order?
A. We ship out orders within the same business day after payment is clear. If we have some issue about your order, we will contact you.

 

Q. How long does it take to arrive?

A. Standard Mail: 2-5 business days on average in the US.

 

Q. How can I track my order?
A. Once your order has shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with a link to track the order on the carrier's website. By clicking the link, you will be able to check the status of your order once it's in transit. 

 

Q. Is there a sales tax charge on my order?
A. We are a company based in California. Tax won’t be charged if you order outside of California in the US. 

 

Q. How can I contact K-Beauty Blossom?

         Please make sure you write your correct  email address for a response.

Q. Can I use multiple promotion codes on a single order?
A. Our website can only apply one promotional code per single order. Promotional codes are unable to be used in conjunction with other promotional codes on the same order.
